Terms of Service

1. What Cookin is

Cookin.fun publishes market data about Solana tokens, most of them launched on Pump.fun. You can read that data on this website, through the Cookin API, through our MCP server inside an AI assistant, or through our Discord bot.

We are not an exchange, a broker or an adviser. We do not custody your funds. The one exception is the optional copy trading wallet described in section 8, which you create and control yourself.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. Older accounts signed in by proving control of a Solana wallet. One person, one account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cookin.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, your API keys and the apps you connect to it. Keep your API keys secret. If a key leaks, revoke it on your API keys page.

3. Plans and payment

There are three ways to pay for access:

• Website access, 0.5 SOL for 30 days, paid by sending SOL to the deposit address shown in the app.
• API Pro, 1 SOL for 30 days, paid the same way and activated when the payment lands.
• Pay per call over x402, in USDC on Solana, with no account at all. Current per-call prices are on the pricing page.

Every payment is an on-chain transfer. Once it is confirmed on Solana it is final. Payments are non-refundable and are not pro-rated if you stop using the service or if we end your access for breaking these terms. Prices can change; a change never shortens a period you have already paid for.

A call that returns an error is not charged. Rate limits are published on the rate limits page and may be adjusted to keep the service stable.

4. Connected apps

You can let another application read Cookin data on your behalf, for example an AI assistant that uses our MCP server. When you approve one, it becomes a connected app and acts with your account's access, including API Pro if you have it.

A connected app can only read market data. It cannot trade, move funds, read your wallet keys or change your account. You can see every app you have approved, and disconnect any of them, on your API keys page. Disconnecting takes effect immediately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell or sublicense your API key, or open accounts to get around a rate limit;
• republish or resell our data in bulk as a competing data feed;
• scrape the website instead of using the API, or interfere with either;
• use Cookin to break the law, or to mislead anyone about what our data shows.

We may revoke a key, disconnect an app or close an account that breaks this section, without a refund.

6. No financial advice

The information provided on Cookin.fun is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment or trading advice. We do not recommend buying, selling or holding any cryptocurrency. Always do your own research before making any investment decision.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any data, metric, score or analysis we publish. Scores and conditions summarise observed on-chain activity. They do not predict a price and cannot rule out a rug. Past performance does not indicate future results, and paper trading results do not establish what a real trade would have earned. Cryptocurrency trading involves a substantial risk of loss.

8. Copy trading and trading wallets

Copy trading is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, Cookin generates a Solana keypair for you and stores the private key encrypted. You fund that wallet, you set the rules, and you can export the private key or withdraw at any time.

While copy trading is enabled, our servers sign and submit trades for you according to the rules you set. Those trades are yours. We do not guarantee that any trade lands, at what price, or in what order. Network congestion, fees, slippage and failed transactions are normal and are your cost. Never fund a trading wallet with money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including endpoints, metrics and plans.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cookin.fun and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from use of the service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, downtime, inaccurate data or decisions made on the basis of our data. To the extent the law allows a limit rather than an exclusion, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

11. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that you may lose some or all of the money you put at risk.

12. Changes and acceptance

We post changes to these terms on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Cookin after a change means you accept it. By using the service, or by paying for it, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
